OFFER A FULL BODY SKIN EXAMINATION

Exploding incidence of incidental skin cancer findings: by simply offering a patient a full body skin examination irrespective of where the primary lesion for referral my lie, we are finding more and more BCCs on the back of the neck, shoulders and even melanomas in the middle of the back. It is critical that when you see a patient you should offer a quick scan of the rest of the body. What is your own experience of this??
