Douglas McGeorge - Plastic Surgeon
Douglas McGeorge is a leading UK plastic surgeon, working exclusively in the private sector.
As an experience fully accredited plastic surgeon, he is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council and is a full member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS) and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS). Douglas is also on the Council for BAAPS and was President of the Association between 2006 and 2008.
A graduate of the Victoria University of Manchester, Douglas McGeorge underwent an extensive training, firstly in general surgery and then in plastic surgery in units around the country and abroad.

Dr Raj Acquilla graduated from Manchester University Medical School in 1999 and during his 14 year medical career has gained 11 years experience in Cosmetic Dermatology having performed over 20,000 procedures.
He is an expert in medical aesthetics, facial contouring, volume replacement, Dermatological surgery including facial skin cancer and undergraduate / postgraduate clinical education. He runs busy private clinics in Cheshire, London and Ibiza in addition to his own Facial Aesthetic Academy where he is a recognised Masterclass Trainer using the latest and most innovative facial rejuvenation techniques from demonstrating all around the globe.
He is a full member and North West Regional Chair of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, UK Ambassador for Allergan Facial Aesthetics, Faculty Member of The European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery and Global Key Opinion Leader in the cosmetic use of Botulinum toxin and Fillers. He has been closely mentored by Dr Mauricio de Maio (Brazil), who recently honoured him among 20 international experts for his Compendium Board.
In addition to speaking at every major UK domestic conference, he has lectured extensively in Europe, South Africa, Japan, India, Australia and the USA. In 2012 he was given the prestigious title of Speaker of the Year at the UK Aesthetic Awards. He is also actively involved in scientific audit, research and development of pioneering products and techniques.

Coming from a surgical background Sharon has previously worked alongside plastic surgeons and developed her practice within aesthetics over the past 25 years.
She has set up and managed cosmetic clinics in London and overseas and was significantly involved in bringing the first Hyaluronic Acid filler into the UK in 1996. This generated a particular interest in dermal injecting techniques leading to training, education and governance within aesthetics.An RCN Aesthetic Forum steering committee member until 2009 she is currently Vice Chair of British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN).
She represents BACN on the British Standards Institute /CEN committee for Aesthetic Surgery and Non Surgical Aesthetic Medical Services and also acts as medical liaison for the BSI on the committee for the British Standards Institute Beauty Services Sector standard.
A working director of Harrogate Aesthetics her own clinic provides a range of non surgical aesthetic treatments and incorporates specialist services such as Dermatology and Nutrition.
Dr John Ashworth – Consultant Dermatologist
Dr. Ashworth has worked as a full time dermatologist since 1982 and gained specialist accreditation in dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians in 1989. He has worked throughout the UK in many hospitals in major cities, in Glasgow,London, Preston, Liverpool,Leeds and Manchester. He has a successful private practise based in Cheshire, where he also works for the national health service.
Dr. Ashworth is a member but was later elected a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in London,he is a consultant member of the British Association of Dermatologists and the British Society of Dermatological Surgeons.He won in open competition a prestigious research fellowship awarded by the medical research council. He has gained several awards and prizes throughout his career and has over twenty publications.
